We at Sweett Luxembourg Limited (“Sweett”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respect your privacy. This Privacy Statement (“Policy”) explains the privacy practices for the Sweett Website and mobile application (“Website” and “App”). It also describes the rights and options available to you with respect to your information.

Personal Data We Process

Initial Account Sign-up

To set up your account on Sweett we will collect your email address, password and full name, or collect such information from your Google account.
To sign up to Sweett, you will be asked to provide your email address, password and full name. Alternatively, you can connect through your Google account and we will collect your account information, such as name and email address, from this service.

Booking Information

To make a reservation on Sweett we will collect your booking information directly from you or from third parties that you have made your reservation through.
To make a reservation on Sweett you will be asked to provide your full name, telephone number, e-mail address, home address, payment information, number of guests, destination, transportation arrangements, check-in and check-out dates. Alternatively, we may collect such information from third parties that you have made your reservation through. We also receive your ground transportation arrangement information through third party partners that you've made arrangements with.
